VR installation

Multiple scans of my body and face, with varying detail and expression, were encapsulated and gathered together in the computer-reconstructed academic auditorium where the master's degree was presented.

Through phantoms visible only in the viewfinder, slowly moving in a loop, as if spirits summoned by the performing shaman's ritual, I explore the issues of copy and orginal in technology-saturated human relationships and everyday life.

These are meditative reflections on the limits of the self - whether, in an era of infinite cybernetic possibilities, clinging to one narrow version of oneself still applies, or whether it has become exhausted in meaning.
